  1. Log into the SSLIP
  2. Select Database Administration
  3. Ensure the Control System Data and Store Data have the Active checkbox unchecked
  4. If the number of stores is set to zero, correct it using the Cyrious Tech Support Utility.
  5. As of 11/18/2010, we believe that the free Anti-Virus program Avira may be deleting the number of stores and / or clients. At this time, deactivate Avira.
