When attempting to launch SSLIP, the mdb files are corrupted or not accessible preventing opening

High User is down on all of the affected machines because with no connection to the SSLIP you can not run Cyrious SMS.

• The mdb files are not in edit mode
• The mdb files are corrupted beyond repair

1. Unshare and reshare Cyrious folder
2. Ensure that the SSLIP folder is not set to read only

1. Replace the mdb files - use the current ones in the Implementation folder
