  1. Remove Lock files (Remove lock files procdures)

Resolution 2

SMS - Error Unable to Purge Contact table - Contact Table is locked
  1. Shut down Cyrious
  2. Shut down the SSLIP
  3. Rebuild the database using the dbrebuild utility - this is usually due to corruption in the Contact or Daily Contact table

SMS - Error Unable to Purge Contact table - Contact Table is locked
  1. Open the Activity Manager - if you get an error that the date format is incorrect, do the following
  2. Go to Control Panel
  3. Go to Regional Settings
  4. Correct the date format
