Explanation

This can be a problem with the BDE settings, but can also be an issue with Sharing and lock files.

Resolution 1
  1. Unshare and reshare Cyrious (See: how_to_-_share_cyrious_versions_8_and_up
  2. Remove any and all lock files (See: SMS Error - .NET File Error)
  3. Test
Resolution 2
  1. Open the BDEAdmin
  2. Edit to change the following settings to read:

BLOB SIZE = 64

BLOB TO CACHE = 100

ROWSET SIZE = 50

BATCH COUNT = 200
