1. Crystal Reports zip Files (see crystal_reports_driver_installation)
2. Name of the Cyrious server (aka Main Cyrious computer, Master)

1. Create a shortcut for Cyrious SMS on the client desktop.
   1. Click Start.
   2. Click on Run.
   3. Type in \\ServerName\Cyrious$\SMS\
   4. Right click on SMS.exe.
   5. Select Send To.
   6. Select Desktop (create shortcut).
2. Rename the shortcut from Shortcut to SMS.exe to Cyrious SMS
3. Install the crystal_reports_driver_installation.
4. Set up the borland_registry_installation
5. Test by opening Cyrious SMS.
6. If this fails, navigate to the Registry
   1. Click Start and Select Run
   2. Type in regedit
   3. Drill down to HKey_Current_User>Software>Cyrious>SMS>Options
   4. Rename the SSLIPAddress by left clicking and put an '_' in front
   5. OR Rename the sever to the correct name by double clicking on the SSLIPAddress
7. Test by previewing,saving, and printing an Estimate or Invoice report.
8. Confirm the Power Management settings are correct

1. If you want to remove the windows security prompt that appears asking if you wish to run this unverified program you can follow the steps below to add the server computer as a trusted computer on the network.
   1. Open the Windows Control Panel
   2. Open Internet Options
   3. Click on the Security tab
   4. Under the Select a zone to view or change security settings click on Local Intranet to select it.
   5. Click on the Sites button
   6. Once the Local Intranet options popup window opens click the Advanced button
   7. In the field Add this website to the zone: type in \\servername\ where servername is the computer name of the server for Cyrious SMS.
   8. Click the Close button to close the Local Intranet advanced popup window, then click OK to close the Local Intranet window.
   9. Finally, click OK to close the Internet Properties window.

1. Have the customer connect you to the server or a computer that has Cyrious set-up to email
2. Open the registry
3. Navigate to HK_Current_User>Software>Cyrious>SMS>UserOptions
   1. Ensure that the EmailOptions is set to Internal

### If set to Outlook, close and set-up in Cyrious on the client machine

1. Ensure that the SMTPAddress has data

### If not, close and inform customer they will need to get the info from their ISP and fill in the fields

1. Right click on the Options folder
2. Select Export
3. Save to the SMS folder and name CyriousUserOptions
4. On the client machine, right click on the Cyrious icon
5. Select Properties
6. Click Find Target button
7. Drag and drop the CyriousUserOptions.reg to the desktop of the client machine
8. Double click on the CyriousUserOptions.reg on the desktop
9. Click Yes
10. Click OK
11. Delete the CyriousUserOptions.reg from the desktop
