Explanation

This is caused by a corrupted report(s). On occassions, the report will work on one computer, but not another.

Resolution 1
  1. Get a copy of the correct SMSSystemConfig.mdb file from I:\Implementation\SMS\SMS v8.6 and the correct store type
  2. Close down the SSLIP
  3. Rename to old SMSSystemConfig.mdb file to (datetime)SMSSystemConfig.mdb
  4. Paste in the new SMSSystemConfig.mdb
  5. Test to ensure it works properly
Resolution 2

(will use Invoice as an Example of the procedure)

  1. Get a copy of the report from I:\Implementation\SMS\SMS v8.6 and the correct store type and report
  2. Create a new folder in the SMS folder on the server
  3. Name it Customized Reports
  4. Paste in the rpt
  5. Create a new Report by navigating to Mgmt>Set-Up>Reporting Set-Up
  6. Drill down to Individual Menu>Order (Invoice) Reports
  7. Click Add
  8. Select new Crystal report
  9. Name as the original invoice is named
  10. Select the On Drive Browse button
  11. Navigate to the new report
  12. Update the Options accordingly
  13. Click Save
  14. Highlight the original report
  15. Click the Edit button
  16. Uncheck the Show on Menu checkbox
  17. Click Save
  18. You may have to click OK several times for it to take
