Resolution
  1. Open the Registry
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>CurrentControlSet>Services>LanmanServer>Parameters
  3. Check DWOORD IRPStackSize
  4. If IRPStackSize Dword does not exsist create it and make it a value of 16
  5. If IRPStackSize Dword does exsist, increase value to 16
  6. Reboot computer
