Resolution
  1. Attempt to print that report again but wait at the print dialogue screen.
  2. Press CTRL-S on the keyboard to bring up the Report Selector.
  3. Write down the template name that's being used for the report.
  4. Open the POS directory and go into the Custom Reports folder.
  5. Verify that this report exists in the directory.
  6. If not, then transfer this report back into the correct folder in the Custom Reports folder and attempt the print again.
