Resolution
- Attempt to print that report again but wait at the print dialogue screen.
- Press CTRL-S on the keyboard to bring up the Report Selector.
- Write down the template name that's being used for the report.
- Open the POS directory and go into the Custom Reports folder.
- Verify that this report exists in the directory.
- If not, then transfer this report back into the correct folder in the Custom Reports folder and attempt the print again.
