Steps

  1. Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>View/Edit User Options on the toolbar
  2. Click Alt-X
  3. This will show the Regional Options
  4. Select the Regional Options tab
  5. Check the “Enable Credit Memos” box to be able to use Credit Memos
  6. Unchecking it to reverts Cyrious back to using credits
