CKG Edit ====== ====== ===== Error Message ===== Insufficient Disk Space ===== Explanation of Error ===== Borland Database, the database that powers SMS, was created back when the maximum size of a Hard Drive was 4GB. With the advent of newer larger Hard Drives, Borland still looks at the storage space in multiples of 4GB. ===== Severity ===== **High**. Normally new users can't login to SMS until this resolved. ===== Possible Root Cause(s) ===== The Hard Drive that Cyrious SMS is stored on is at or near the "maximum" 4GB level (4GB, 8GB, 12GB, 60GB, 128GB, etc.) ===== Resolution ===== - Help the customer determine if this is the main Cyrious computer - If this is the main Cyrious machine, navigate to the Data (or Data3) folder - Have customer copy and paste the data folder in the current folder or Backup folder ==Resolution 2== - If not the main Cyrious machine, have customer download a copy of the data folder to his C drive (or they can copy a picture from the Interntet) - Explain to customer that this is a Borland issue and is due to the fact that either the free space or used space is a multiple of 4GB.
