Explanation

This error is caused by the path were the reports are store being changed.

Resolution

1 Copy the path were the Marketing report should be saved (preferrably the universal path)

2 It is possible to change the path by going to Mgmt>Set-Up>Machine Set-Up and hit edit

3 Open the Registry and navigate to the Cyrious folder in the CurrentUserKey and look for the SystemPath and paste it in there
