Caused by corruption in the registry or the database
Resolution I
- Open the registry
- Navigate to HKEY_Current_User>Software>Cyrious Software>SMS>UserOptions
- Remove the strings: “ExplorerCustIndexes”, “ExplorerOrdIndexes”, “ExplorerEstIndexes”
- Close registry
Resolution 2
- Run the dbrebuild
Resolution 3
- Confirm the Regional settings of the computer are correct for US English currency, dates, etc
Resolution 4
This is for the error in relation to printing the Daily Activity Report or Royalty Report
- Replace the Store Information (and/or possibly the GL table) table with a old table and rebuilt it only
- Replace the Store Information (and/or possibly the GL table) table with a blank table if the previous step doesn't work and have the customer reenter the missing store information
