Caused by corruption in the registry or the database

Resolution I
  1. Open the registry
  2. Navigate to HKEY_Current_User>Software>Cyrious Software>SMS>UserOptions
  3. Remove the strings: “ExplorerCustIndexes”, “ExplorerOrdIndexes”, “ExplorerEstIndexes”
  4. Close registry

  1. Run the dbrebuild

  1. Confirm the Regional settings of the computer are correct for US English currency, dates, etc
Resolution 4

This is for the error in relation to printing the Daily Activity Report or Royalty Report

  1. Replace the Store Information (and/or possibly the GL table) table with a old table and rebuilt it only
  2. Replace the Store Information (and/or possibly the GL table) table with a blank table if the previous step doesn't work and have the customer reenter the missing store information
