This is corruption in the SSLIP Microsoft Databases. They need to be replaced.

  1. Open the SSLIP
  2. Navigate to the Database Administration
  3. Check to ensure the proper Groups are active
  4. Disable the Groups that should not be active
Resolution 2
  1. Navigate to the SSLIP folder
  2. Rename the 2 mdb files
  3. Copy in new mdb files or reinstall Cyrious from a backed up backup created by Cyrious from a previous time frame when Cyrious worked
  4. If you do not use Cyrious to do backups, contact Cyrious Tech Support
