To resolve will require the removal of Kaspersky from the server. ===== Resolution ===== - Get permission from the owner to remove Kaspersky (they can try reinstalling again afterwards, but if problem reoccurs, they will have to get a different Anti-Virus) - Remove Kaspersky - Restart computer - [[how_to_-_share_cyrious_versions_8_and_up]] - Remove System.mdb from the SSLIP and possibly the SMS folders - Download {{ :jet40sp8_9xnt.zip|}} - Install JetEngine on server - Open SSLIP
