CKG Edit ====== ====== ===== Cyrious Won't Open ===== ===Cyrious won't open when you double click on the Icon.=== * This is caused by Cyrious not closing properly on the computer - Open the Task Manager (Can either Hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete, or left click on the Task Bar) - Select the Processes tab - Scroll down to locate the SMS.exe - Highlight SMS.exe - Click the End Process button - Select the Yes button in the pop-up - Double click on the Cyrious icon - should start with out any issue ===Cyrious won't open when you double click on the Icon - Part 2=== * If the above is not the resoluction, do the following - Navigate to the SSLIP folder - Open the SSLIP error log - Look for the following error: <html><div style="margin-left: 40px;"> Error in TIPRoadTraveller.Open: connect: WSocketResolveHost: Cannot convert host address </div></html> - If you find this message, you may have to reboot the computer - Open up Cyrious - Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>User Options>Backups - Copy the backup path - Go to Run and paste there and open - Navigate up to the root drive and see if there is any free space available for backups - they will probably have to remove some of the backups and this will resolve this issue till the next time they run out of free space on that drive ===Cyrious won't open when you double click on the Icon - Part 3== * If the above is not the resoluction, do the following - Navigate to the SMS folder - Copy the SMS.exe - Paste the SMS.exe in the SMS folder - Rename to CyriousSMS.exe - Create a new shortcut to CyriousSMS.exe on the desktop of the client and test
