No response from sslip when checking record lock

This message can occur when you are trying to save something in Control.

High. User is down and can't use the program.

The sslip is either down or locked up.

1. First try restarting Control

2. If this does not correct the issue, try restarting SSLIP.

3. If the issue still persists, restart the server machine
