Explanation

If all other reports seem to be printing fine and the Royalty report doesn't want to work, it may be due to the customer's logo being too large.

Resolution
  1. Open Cyrious
  2. Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>Store Information
  3. Select the Logo tab
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Click the Clear Picture button
  6. Save
  7. To fix the logo see - logo_appears_stretched
