Resolution
- Check the customers record to see if they still have a balance outstanding.
- Connect to customer's server machine.
- Copy over the Tech Utility to the customer desktop
- Open the Tech Utility
- Go to Local Dongle tab
- Click the Check Key button at the bottom left
- Set the level to newly authorized level (Platinum, or Gold)
- Ensure the Permanent checkbox is checked
- Click the Initialize Key button at bottom right
- Close the Tech Utility
- Permanently deleted the Tech Utility off the customer's computer (NOTE: THIS IS CRITICAL)
