How do I … Void a Payment in SMS?

To void a payment in SMS:

1. Click on Pay-Status.
2. Select your order at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the Void Payment button (tab) in the middle of the screen.
4. Select the payment you want to void.
5. Enter the “Voided By” and “Reason” for the void. SMS requires both of these fields be filled in to void a payment.
6. Click on the “Void Payment” button to void the payment.

Notes:

• If the payment was run using online credit card processing, the void will reverse that transaction online also.
