Obtaining the Computer Name: (On the server)

1. Click on Start
2. Right-Click on My Computer
3. Click on Properties
4. Click on Computer Name , write down the Computer name

1. Right click on My Computer
2. Select Map Network Drive
3. Type in the Path \\ComputerName\Cyrious * substitute the ComputerName for the name obtained from the server. i.e. (\\POSserver\Cyrious)
4. Select the P: drive letter , ensure “reconnect at logon” is checked.
5. Click Finish or Connect

1. Open the uncompressed folder containing the installation files for v2000 or Double-Click the CD drive from within My Computer if installing from CD.
2. Double-Click on Autorun.exe
3. When the load menu appears, click on Install SMS-Pro
4. Once the initial installation dialog appears, Click Next
5. Input your desired User Name and Company Name, Click Next
6. Select POS - Point of Sale System, Click Next
7. Select the appropriate franchise (Independent/FastSigns/Signwave), Click Next.
8. Select the appropriate region type (Standard US, Canada), click Next
9. Select Network Client, Click Next
10. Verify the destination path is correct. It should read P:\Pos
11. Click Next on the international translation tables screen.
12. Click Next on the select program folder screen.
13. Click Next to start copying files (installing).
14. Select NO when prompted to restart the computer, click Finish.

Installing the HASP Security Key Drivers.

1. Download the Security Key drivers from www.cyrioussoftware.com
   • Move the mouse over the link “Tech Support”, click on “Downloads”.
   • Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on HASP Security Key Drivers.
   • Once the page loads, download the first file in the listing Hasp security Key Drivers (UNLESS THEY HAVE WINXP SERVICE PACK 2)
   • If they have XP service Pack 2 download the second one (command line installation)
2. Once the download is complete, double-click the hdd32.exe file to begin the installation process of the drivers.
3. Click Next when the HASP Device Driver Installation dialog box appears.
4. The extraction process begins, click Next on the Installation Status dialog box.
5. The box will disappear for a moment, click Finish when the dialog box reappears.

1. Double-click the shortcut on the desktop for Cyrious v2000
2. Verify that the program loads without excessive delay or timeout.
