**High**. Client is down.



===== Possible Root Cause(s) =====



===== Resolution =====
  - Shut down and restart Cyrious
  - If that does not resolve it, shut down that computer and restart Cyrious
  - If that does not resolve it, shut down Cyrious everywhere and restart all computers that have Cyrious installed on them



==Resolution 2==
  - If computers are Windows 7 try previous steps first, then the following
  - Go to Network and Sharing Center
  - Change adapter settings
  - Right click on Local Area Connection
  - Select Properties
  - Uncheck IPv6 (Internet Protocal Version 6)
  - Click OK



==Resolution 3==
  - Document the steps that cause the error
  - Recreate on our side to see if you can get the Access Violation
  - Create bug ticket with steps that recreate the Access Violation
