===== Explanation =====



When clicking on the explorer tab, you get an error that says "Invalid Pointer". From this point, the system locks up and you must task manager close and restart. This is a result of the customer resizing the view of one of the columns in the explorer window



==Resolution I==
  - Download {{ :invalid_pointer_error_fix.reg|}} to desktop
  - Double click on it
  - Test



===== Resolution II =====
  - Click Start
  - Click Run
  - Type in Regedit
  - Drill down to HKEY_Current_User
  - Drill down to Software
  - Drill down to Cyrious Software
  - Drill down to SMS
  - Drill down to User Options
  - on the right hand search for ExplorerCustIndexes and ExplorerOrdIndexes
  - Right click on each of them and delete
  - Restart Cyrious on the affected computer
