Explanation
When originally designed, SMS would by default always select the Primary Contact. This is not an issue with the report.
Resolution
- Upon release, upgrade to SMS V8.9
- Open up a company
- Select to print the statement
- In the Report Criteria, click the Show Details under the Email Options
- Check the APContact checkbox
- If you wish to make this the permanent options for all customers, click the “Save these settings as the default” button
