• The parameter is incorrect

• The current user machine can not open Cyrious because a parameter in the form position is not correct.

High User is down on the affected machines because you can not run Cyrious SMS.

• Corruption in the registry

1. Download remove_cyrious_formposition.reg to desktop
2. Double click on it
3. Test

• Remove the FormPosition from the registry

1. Open up the regestry.
   1. Click Start > Run and type regedit.
   2. Go to HKey_Current_User
   3. Go down to Software
   4. Go down to Cyrious Software
   5. There should be a SMS folder.
   6. Expand the SMS folder out and you are looking for the FormPosition folder.
   7. Click on the options folder to highlight it
   8. Delete the FormPosition folder
2. Close Registry
3. Open SMS to test, It should open with no problems.
