Transaction ID Not Found / Orig PNRef Required

Attempting to post a refund or void settled credit card payments using Merchant Warehouse, this error will appear if the user's account is set to require the PNRef for refunds. The option is on the Merchant Warehouse account and can be changed by MW.

The option to require a PNRef for refunds is turned on for the Merchant Warehouse account.

Contact Merchant Warehouse and inform them to turn OFF the option to require the original PNRef # for the customer.
