Explanation
This is caused by corruption in the SMSSystemConfig.
Resolution 1
- Get everyone out of Cyrious
- Close the SSLIP
- Replace the SMSSystemConfig from a backup or give the customer a current one
- Restart the SSLIP
- Continue working
Resolution 2
- Log into the SSLIP
- Open the Database Administration
- Highlight the SMS group
- Click on Edit
- set the Database Type to Access
- Click Save
- Shut down connection
- Restart SSLIP
