Explanation

This is caused by corruption in the SMSSystemConfig.

Resolution 1
  1. Get everyone out of Cyrious
  2. Close the SSLIP
  3. Replace the SMSSystemConfig from a backup or give the customer a current one
  4. Restart the SSLIP
  5. Continue working
Resolution 2
  1. Log into the SSLIP
  2. Open the Database Administration
  3. Highlight the SMS group
  4. Click on Edit
  5. set the Database Type to Access
  6. Click Save
  7. Shut down connection
  8. Restart SSLIP
