If this is occuring on their printouts, this means that their logo is too big in file size for the system to handle correclty.

1. Need the logo file size to be no bigger than 50k in size.
2. If size of logo exceeds this amount, notify customer that they will need to shrink file size so that it's in the accepted range.
3. Reattach the new logo to the system and test printouts.
