High Limited use of the program

  1. Check the customers record to see if they still have a balance outstanding.
  2. Connect to customer's server machine.
  3. Copy over the Tech Utility to the customer desktop
  4. Open the Tech Utility
  5. Go to Local Dongle tab
  6. Click the Check Key button at the bottom left
  7. Set the level to newly authorized level (Platinum, or Gold)
  8. Ensure the Permanent checkbox is checked
  9. Click the Initialize Key button at bottom right
  10. Close the Tech Utility
  11. Permanently deleted the Tech Utility off the customer's computer (NOTE: THIS IS CRITICAL)
