Issue
This can happen if Production Terminal has a cached copy of your Store Logo that it is unable to update or unaware that it is out of date.
Resolution
Confirm Proper Settings for Production Terminal
- From the server, locate the path to the Production Terminal install folder.
By default this path will likely be **C:\Program Files\Cyrious\Production Terminal\**
- Open Control.
- Navigate to Setup | System Setup | Production Terminal Options.
- Click the Edit button on the right side toolbar.
- Ensure the check box for Enable Production Terminal is checked.
- Ensure the Folder Path: field has the proper setting. This path should be pointed to the PTSSLIPShare folder located within the Production Terminal install folder.
By default this path will likely be **C:\Program Files\Cyrious\Production Terminal\PTSSLIPShare\**
Delete the Cached Logo
- Browse to the Image folder for Production Terminal.
By Default that folder is located under **C:\Program Files\Cyrious\Production Terminal\PTSSLIPShare\Image\**
- Locate and delete the file StoreImage.bmp
Confirming the Problem has been Resolved
- Shut down the Cyrious SSLIP. Any time you make configuration changes to Production Terminal a restart of the Cyrious SSLIP is required.
- Restart the Cyrious SSLIP.
- Launch Production Terminal to confirm the store logo is showing properly.
