Explanation
Resolution

- Go to Database Administration
- Click on SMS group
- Click Test Connection
- Make sure connection is successfull.
- If not, check physical file location and if Database is missing or in another directory, correct either the location of the Database or the SSLIP Data path.
Resolution 2
Note: If the Server can open Cyrious, but not the client machines follow these steps
- Log into SSLIP.
- Go to Database Administration
- Click on SMS group
- Ensure all paths are set to the UNC path NOT the local path
- Click Test Connection
- Make sure connection is successfull.
- If not, check physical file location and if Database is missing or in another directory, correct either the location of the Database or the SSLIP Data path.
Resolution 3
- Scan the Data folder (or Data3 if customer is running V2000 of the program) for all db files and mb files and adjoined indexes
- If one or more turns up missing, then try restoring from the most recent backup
**Alternatively:** You can copy all indexes (excluding DB, MB) from a backup and paste in the Data folder, **CLICK NO** so it only replaces the missing indexes
Resolution 4
- Ensure the database files are residing in the data folder instead of a subfolder (i.e. “C:\Program Files\Cyrious\SMS\Data\Data\” and then you find all the files and indexes)
- Copy the files and paste them inside the the parent data folder
Resolution 5
- If a FASTSIGNS store, ensure the Data folder contains the “Aa Data.txt” file
