This information is provided to assist with the determination in regards to the problem a Cyrious user is having difficulties emailing from the Cyrious program. This test account is only available to Cyrious technicians while troubleshooting the ability to email directly from Cyrious.

Email Account Settings:

• POP (Incoming Mail Server): pop.1and1.com
• SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server): smtp.1and1.com
• SMTP (Outgoing Mail Port): 25 or 587
• Username:
• Password:

The test email account should only be used for testing purposes to assist with identifying the cause of email problems with the Cyrious program.
