When Cyrious prints additional pages for Invoices/Estimates and the additional page is blank except the header and possibly the footer, it is usually caused by a field that has additional carriage returns. They are usually located in the notes fields; however, can be a global issue.

1. Edit the order
2. Check the Description, Text, and Production Notes in the Products tab to ensure there are no extra blank carriage returns
3. Also check the Order Notes in the Notes tab

1. Go to Mgmt>Accounting>Set-Up>Payment Terms
2. Check each Term's “Message for Invoice:” field for an extra carriage return

1. Reinstall the Crystal Reports drivers.
2. Ensure the are installed to the proper location without any extra copies of the files present.
