Possible Root Cause(s)
Resolution
- Check the Power Management settings on all computers that have Cyrious installed on them.
- Right click on My Computer.
- Select Properties.
- Click on the Hardware tab.
- Click on the Device Manager button.
- Click the plus in front of Network adapters.
- Double click on anything that opens below Network adapters.
- Click the Power Management tab.
- Uncheck any and all checkboxes.
- Close the two pop-ups.
- Right click on an open spot on the desktop.
- Select Properties.
- Click on the Screen Saver tab.
- Click the Power button.
- Ensure that the “Turn off hard disks:” and “System standby:” are set to “Never” on the Power Schemes tab.
- Click the Hibernate tab.
- Uncheck the Enable hibernation checkbox.
- Check the Firewall.
- Click Start.
- Select Control Panel.
### Switch to Classic view if in Category view if necessary.
- Open the Windows Firewall.
- Turn off.
- Close both pop-ups.
- Test this to see if it resolves the issue.
- If not, try turning off any Anti-Virus on all computers.
