Customer forgot password

Resolution
  1. Ask customer what time it is at their office
  2. Get the Old Backdoor passcode from the Tech Utility for the appropriate time
  3. Navigate the customer to Mgmt>Set-Up>Change Passwords
  4. Give them the backdoor passcode
  5. Tell them to click the edit button on the right
  6. Have them enter a new 4 character password and reenter it in all the fields they need
