Error Message

Access Violation.

High. Client is down.

  1. Shut down and restart Cyrious
  2. If that does not resolve it, shut down that computer and restart Cyrious
  3. If that does not resolve it, shut down Cyrious everywhere and restart all computers that have Cyrious installed on them
Resolution 2
  1. If computers are Windows 7 try previous steps first, then the following
  2. Go to Network and Sharing Center
  3. Change adapter settings
  4. Right click on Local Area Connection
  5. Select Properties
  6. Uncheck IPv6 (Internet Protocal Version 6)
  7. Click OK
Resolution 3
  1. Document the steps that cause the error
  2. Recreate on our side to see if you can get the Access Violation
  3. Create bug ticket with steps that recreate the Access Violation
