SSLIP will not open - no error messages

For SMS and pre-CHAPI Control : If the SSLIP flashes on screen briefly and then closes, this usually indicates an issue with the license. Either the license dongle needs to plug back in or the license.ckf file is corrupt or missing from the SSLIP folder.
